We’re looking for someone who can help us deliver on our mission –  we want the world to be able to drink great wine. And we need you to help us source the finest from Australia and around the world to share with our growing tribe of mofos.

We need someone who can join us on the adventure, not as a passenger but as a proactive go-getter; someone who will have a tangible, positive and lasting impact on our product offering.

We're looking for a passionate industry professional looking to get involved in the exciting world of online wine retail. You need to have an understanding of the Australian wine industry and its role from a global perspective. Vinomofo is a global company – we buy wine from countries all over the world and sell it to our mofos in Australia and Singapore.

What's more important than your experience or background in buying wine is an attitude. We're looking for someone who's positive, optimistic, passionate about wine and has the ability to communicate that passion to our mofos.


  • Initiate and manage relationships with wineries, suppliers and agents
  • Source wines relevant to the product range required for our sales channels and negotiate deals with suppliers
  • Prepare purchase orders and undertake other administrative tasks to support the buying team
  • Write copy for offers on our website, as well as other content as it arises
  • Lead internal and external wine tastings and events


  • A passion for wine and the Australian wine industry  
  • A strong knowledge of the domestic wine market & Australian wines
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong copywriting skills 
  • Proven commercial, analytical and organisational skills
  • A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail
  • Ability to travel regularly both domestically and in time internationally
  • Ability to conduct training/educational tastings for internal and external stakeholders
