trace is looking for a content marketing expert with a growth mindset who can help us grow our consumer base and build an engaged community that drives business value. This role is a rare opportunity to help accelerate the growth and shape the product of a VC backed CleanTech startup with the potential to grow into a lead marketing / digital role.

‍Your responsibilities

- Create a content strategy that aligns to the business objectives, grows our audience and drives sales 

- Deliver content strategy including the creation of multimedia content that aligns to our brand guidelines and tone of voice

- SEO analysis, written content creation & distribution

- Identify content partnership opportunities with like minded brands and influencers 

- Contribute to, with potential to own, paid marketing performance.

- Work with the founders to define KPIs and report on progress.

- Skills and experience

To be successful in this role you will need to

- Have a proven track record leading & delivering a content strategy – being able to align creative to business objectives and deliver tangible results

- Demonstrate how you have owned, produced and grown social channels, video content and audience engagement in previous roles.

- Have 1-2 years experience using paid marketing to grow a consumer business.

- Have an understanding of SEO & ability to write content which drives traffic & conversion.

- Have an eye for design and comfortable using content creation tools such adobe/sketch/figma/other video editing software.

- Be comfortable working autonomously to meet targets

- Be flexible, resilient and creative - this is a agile startup environment

- Have a curious and collaborate nature that can work with the co founders to deliver a first class product 

- Possess excellent written and verbal skills

- Be organised and comfortable designing processes to increase efficiency and enable performance metrics
