We're currently looking for a Client Success Strategist, a natural problem solver with experience with Google Search Console and Google Merchant Centre, to join our client success team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our client success team and play a critical role in the performance of Longtail UX's (LUX) growing client base.

Reporting directly to the Client Success Team Lead and working closely with the wider team, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Ensuring client goals are met, identifying new opportunities for client KPI growth across all LUX products and providing an outstanding client experience to maximise client retention.

The role:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, including enterprise clients
  • Working in partnership with clients to develop and implement the client success strategy and driving client success outcomes
  • Manage day to day communications and meet with clients on a regular basis.
  • Prepare clients reports and reviews, and provide key insights and strategic recommendations for new opportunities and account expansion
  • Perform keyword research with LUX proprietary and third-party research tools (e.g. Google Ad Keyword Planner, Ahref, SEMrush etc.) to identify opportunities for Organic, Paid and Shopping landing pages
  • Analyse landing pages results and perform template quality checks to ensure pages are optimised on our proprietary platform
  • Work with the Account Manager to discover up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Support Head of Client Success and Client Success Team Lead with ongoing documentation, processes improvement etc.

Requirements

About you:

Experience:

  • Knowledge of digital channels (SEO, SEM, Shopping, etc.)
  • Confident in managing clients (Enterprise clients management is a plus), presenting reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Working with and analysing data from Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Ads 360.
  • Experience working within Google Search Console and Google Merchant Centre.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders across tech and sales teams.

  • Educated to business degree level or equivalent experience
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can-do” attitude
  • Natural Problem Solver
