About the Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced results-driven Digital Marketer to help us scale globally. You will be supporting full funnel engagement from top of funnel acquisition, through to supporting sales conversion. We are rapidly expanding across markets with ambitious growth targets, we need a results-driven problem solver, passionate about creating a seamless customer experience. We are looking for you to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Maintain digital dashboard for key marketing metrics.
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization.
  • Identify trends and insight for spend and performance optimisation.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Landing page creation, instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with sales team to create marketing campaigns to support growth initiatives.
  • Emails and Newsletter design for customer engagement.
  • Ensure that consistency of brand and messaging.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications/Expertis

  • 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing in a B2B environment, with a working knowledge of ABM
  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe
  • Full understanding of all social media platforms
  • Advanced knowledge with CMS (Wordpress, Elementor), Salesforce CRM and Pardot
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Skillset

  • Demonstrable experience supporting growth strategies in B2B environment, with working knowledge of ABM
  • Advanced marketing automation knowledge, with experience working with Pardot and Salesforce CRM
  • Demonstrable experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google analytics)
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • A problem solver with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
