What are we looking for? 
If you are a forward-thinking, commercial, ambitious and customer obsessed digital product lead / owner who naturally combines long-term value creation with short-term experimental execution, then we want you to join us as Zip’s New Markets Director of Product.  

In this role you will be given the opportunity to own the vision, roadmap, build a global team and partner with your ring-fenced engineering function to build and deliver on the Zip Customer and Merchant experience in new and emerging markets.  

Each geography is unique, and you’ll need to balance local requirements with a global platform and architecture to create Zip services that give customers’ what they want, and ensure Zip becomes a market leader everywhere we play. 

You’ll need to be both a hands-on doer and a visionary leader, a teacher and a learner, comfortable running consumer tests and experiments as well as interrogating data to guide your thinking. The future growth in your role will be limitless as together we build a global team to support you.

What do I need to bring?

  • 7-10 years product management experience
  • Experience in customer payments, eCommerce for B2B platforms, fintech 
  • Strong skills in testing, experimentation and validation, as well as metrics and data 
  • The foresight to see what customers wants in the future, create and deliver to market
  • Proven experience in digital product delivery 
  • Strong commercial skills and the ability to quickly pull together a business case
  • Expertise in AB testing, product design, MVP creation and iterative development
  • Strong leadership and an ability to build high performing teams and talent
