About the role
Q-CTRL is looking for a marketing manager to play a critical role in increasing brand awareness, improving our acquisition engine, and launching new products. Partnering with product, sales, and customer success, you’ll drive the adoption of key products and features as well as positioning Q-CTRL as a thought-leader in the quantum industry and target markets.
We are after someone creative and analytical with hands-on experience of planning and executing marketing campaigns. This is an opportunity to take complete ownership of the full marketing stack to find new ways to drive demand for Q-CTRL’s products and services.
What you'll do:
You will own and execute Q-CTRL’s marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and product growth more specifically:
Strengthen our brand:
-Work with PR agencies to determine branding opportunities locally and in target international markets (primarily US, UK, EU).
-Manage organic social channels to increase Q-CTRL audiences in target markets.
Grow our products:
-Work hand-in-hand with the product team to strategize about how to grow and retain users.
-You will be hands-on in executing marketing activities to acquire, convert, and retain users through owned, earned, and paid channels for all Q-CTRL products.
Enable our Go-To-Market team:
-Work within a GTM team to develop and execute strategy to launch products, features, services and partnerships.
-Support sales by orchestrating a lead-generating content strategy, including: thought-leadership content, webinars, online publications, and customer/partner references.
Understand and innovate:
-Map target market personas and acquisition paths for each product.
-Measure and analyse data from marketing activities to optimize conversion funnels and bring insights to product and sales teams.
-Constantly explore new methods of growth in uncertain markets through research and experimentation.
