The role

Reporting to the Inside Sales Team Leader, this Melbourne-based role is responsible for making a high number of outbound calls daily to qualify and nurture leads and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team and our channel partners. As the Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be researching and building new and existing accounts - SME, Enterprise and Channel; consult with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs; address prospect questions; and, overcome objections.

What’s your impact?

  • Prospect for, generate, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Recruiting and nurturing of channel partners and opportunities.
  • Follow up enquiries and leads from events including partner and/or customer webinars, responses to EDM campaigns, referrals from partners etc and build to qualified leads.
  • Build target lists and contacts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to identify markets, lead sources and strategies for target call lists.
  • Report on data and trends to highlight opportunities for strategic sales advancement.
  • Leverage sales automation, funnel management and prospecting tools to generate leads.
  • Maintain and update records in the CRM system to document your sales activities, update and cleanse CRM data, and carry out data-building activities in support of sales campaigns.
  • Perform outbound calling and deliver email campaigns into targeted businesses to prospect, educate, and qualify leads, creating sales-ready opportunities.

About you

You bring 1+ years lead generation/outbound phone sales experience. B2B SaaS sales experience would be great but not essential. Dubber aims to hire self-starters and "do-ers" whose values reflect our own, to Drive and Grow!

  • You ideally have experience selling to C-Level executives for SME, Mid-Market and/or Enterprise level, with the ability to grasp difficult concepts easily.
  • You stay up-to-date with technology, can pick-up and navigate new systems easily and have experience using Salesforce.
  • You face challenges head on and learn from difficult experiences.
  • You enjoy working in a team, and towards a common goal but can work autonomously.
  • You adapt quickly to changing environments by being resourceful and using your great problem solving skills.
  • You use your excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong active listening to build rapport and long lasting relationships.
