  • Lead a team of hungry BDs by fostering a culture of winning and extreme ownership
  • Nurture and grow the team into outstanding performers
  • Carry the largest share of the global quota for the BD team
  • Enforce operational rigour and high standards in deal structure, CRM hygiene, rhythms, and forecast
  • Build high-confidence plans to attain market capture goals, + secure buy-in + operational support
  • Design, own, and execute a winning market capture strategy in a space with constantly changing market conditions
  • Secure xfn buy-in and support for your strategy
  • Solve customer goals while balancing the business needs
  • Be relentless in sharing feedback with PED and xfn groups within the business, championing the needs of our customers based on constantly changing market conditions
  • Champion regional customer needs

  • 5yrs+ leadership experience in a hyper-scale tech/SaaS
  • Savvy and complex negotiation experience and a keen eye for opportunity
  • The ability to harmonise client objectives with overarching business strategies
  • A track record of coaching a team to over-achievement
  • Extreme ownership mindset
  • Comfort working within prescribed sale methodologies
  • Proven ability to GSD in a remote environment
