As the Recruitment Resourcer, you will partner with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to understand and support the execution of hiring plans and sourcing strategies. You will conduct sourcing activities while managing talent pools in accordance with current job openings and hiring plans.  

This is an exciting role for someone looking to advance their recruitment and sourcing skills. There will be an opportunity as Recruitment Resourcer to transition into an end-to-end Talent Acquisition role.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct sourcing activities across multiple channels to support the Talent Acquisition team
  • Pipeline, establish and maintain a database of candidates for upcoming needs
  • Assist with the coordination of employee attraction and retention campaigns
  • Create and manage virtual talent pools with the use of recruitment campaigns (job boards and social media) and employee referrals
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience through partnering with the TA team to ensure candidates receive timely, thoughtful and engaging messaging throughout the hiring process
  • Support the TA team to ensure the Applicant Tracking System (Lever) is up to date and effectively managed Attend briefing meetings and identify the channels and sourcing strategies that will be effective in sourcing candidate
  • Virtually screen candidates to assess suitability against job requirements
  • You’ll have:

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience (either in-house or agency)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant sourcing channels
  • Prior experience sourcing and pipelining candidates
  • Some extra skills that would be awesome:

  • Experience sourcing or pipelining Software Development candidates
  • Previous experience working in a start-up environment
