In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing on regional field marketing strategies. You will be responsible for driving revenue and pipeline through a variety of regional (field) marketing campaigns and programs, and strengthening sales and marketing alignment as a strategic advisor to both.

What will I be doing?

  • Develop a regional (field) marketing strategy and plan for the Asia-Pacific region, particularly Australia
  • Build strong relationships with sales, customer success, product, support and marketing teams, as well as partners and customers
  • Find, negotiate, and execute on sponsorship, event and conference opportunities that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Plan and coordinate impactful web-based campaigns, more specifically engaging webinars
  • Write quality campaign content for emails, case studies, fact sheets, reports, website, blog, and more
  • Collaborate with the global events team to organize and implement a minimum of two SafetyCulture “Better” conferences annually
  • Work with the partnerships team to explore local partnership prospects with industry bodies and trade associations
  • Coordinate with the PR team to enhance local media coverage and measure the results
  • Partner with other regional marketing teams for the development and execution of account-based marketing programs

  • Demonstrated B2B experience (B2C2B even more ideal)

  • Nice to have:

  • Experience gained within a SaaS environment
  • Intermediate Martech skills on platforms such as Marketo
  • An understanding of regional/field marketing’s role within a product-led growth company strategy
