The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for generating and executing the digital demand generation program. The focus of this role is to execute and run the program and produce Marketing Qualified leads. The secondary focus is brand, content & promotional strategy.
 
Key deliverables for the role are production of marketing qualified leads and conversion of sales qualified leads. The strategic focus of role is to develop effective marketing strategies and delivering successful and profitable marketing campaigns.
 
The Marketing Specialist also acquires new customers and grows existing revenue streams through research, analysis, and collaborative and targeted marketing efforts. You will be working with the wider Marketing team to contribute and support brand-specific marketing strategies and related operations across the company.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be like:

  • Creating promotional activities and campaigns to drive business
  • Coordinating multiple channels of marketing strategies
  • Managing budgets for marketing campaigns
  • Testing new marketing opportunities
  • Building relationships with media outlets
  • Building relationships with Versent Partners
  • Directing and executing social media strategies
  • Evaluating performances of marketing campaigns
  • Troubleshooting marketing campaigns that are not performing well
  • Managing third-party vendors
  • Addressing customer service problems
  • Coming up with new ways to promote new products and services
  • Educating the management team about industry marketing trends
  • Analysing customer feedback from social media platforms
  • Develop go-to-market packs
  • Develop and deliver Sales enablement assets and tools (Case studies, Blogs, .PPT etc)
  • Huge emphasis on execution of the Marketing Plans
  • To be successful, you will possess the following:

  • Tertiary degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 + years of B2B marketing experience for a technology business
  • Experience designing and executing digital demand generation programs
  • Strong analytical and data driven thinking and skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Proven ability to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns with executive support
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically
