If you’ve ever booked a tour, activity or attraction, chances are you’ve interacted with Rezdy. We are the world’s leading independent B2B booking and distribution provider in the experiences sector. Our mission is to ‘power the global experiences industry’ - the travel industry’s third-largest sector - with our cloud-based platform. 

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will own the creation and unlocking of growth opportunities across the entire Rezdy platform as we pursue our substantial growth targets within our 3-year plan. Achieving our goal will benefit all: meaning healthier customers and partners as well as continued strong Rezdy revenue growth.

Experience providers such as whale watching tours, cooking schools and amusement parks are Rezdy’s customers. They use our booking software to operate their business, whether that’s taking your booking, checking you in or integrating with their accounting or marketing system.

Our partners are many and varied. Online travel agents, hotel concierge or information centres who want to sell ‘experience’ tickets to their customers use our channel manager to access live availability for the products they want to sell. Other connected platform partners include marketing automation, payments and waiver providers.

This role will play a crucial role in business innovation and strategy; the CGO will develop clear plans to fully leverage existing customers and partnerships to maximise revenue growth and deliver acquisition opportunities to Rezdy’s sales teams across the entire product portfolio.   

An active member of the Executive Team, the CGO will also lead the growth marketing team and work collaboratively with Sales, Account Management and Product globally.


What you’ll do:

  • Develop and operate Rezdy Referral strategy across the whole platform; maximising Quality Leads through Rezdy’s many commercial partnerships - some of which are led and owned by you
  • Own and manage delivery of communication strategy for existing Rezdy Booking Software Operators to target Growth/Expansion revenue opportunity 
  • Define, and develop Rezdy’s platform product portfolio proposition alongside CEO, and more broadly the Executive team; clarifying identity, value proposition, market positioning, branding and messaging, for each platform product 
  • Enable increased brand awareness/clarity in market and internally and thus clearer and more effective GTM
  • Monitoring competitor activity and campaigns to understand market dynamics, potential opportunities and key trends and events
  • Provide leadership to an empowered Marketing team and ensure their focus on delivery, growth and development 
  • Collaborate effectively across all departments, exemplify Rezdy’s values as an Executive and as a leader within our US team

Who you are:

  • You’re someone with proven experience in generating revenue outcomes from a partnership portfolio
  • You have a deep understanding and proven success in creation of powerful customer and marketing strategy - any specific functional marketing skills are a welcome bonus
  • You have exceptional leadership, communication and collaboration skills across a broad group of stakeholders to deliver alignment and best business outcomes. You know when to roll up your sleeves and lead, and when to empower others
  • You’re intellectually curious and possess strength in operational, analytical and financial rigour
  • Experiences industry experience ideal along with any exposure that leads to existing relationships/knowledge/reputation

Our role is based in the US with flexibility on location but travel if and when required to connect in with our offices once safe travel resumption commences.
