About the position
Reporting to the Head of Talent & Capability (HTC), this role will be responsible for ensuring Moula is well positioned to meet our strategic goals by attracting the best and brightest talent. This role will be responsible for all end to end recruitment activities for the organisation from creating position descriptions, advertising, sourcing candidates, selecting, interviewing, creating offer documents, through to onboarding.
This role will be responsible for identifying processes to manage Moula’s talent pipeline efficiently and effectively along with developing new talent attraction strategies
This is a recruitment role that will allow you to consult with hiring managers across the business, making hiring recommendations, support events and build a strategy to hire amazing people.
This role will initially be on a 6 month fixed-term contract with a view to go permanent.
