Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for Zip’s brand and campaign strategy, tools and execution. You will join us in our mission to strengthen our relationship with our customers (consumers and B2B partners) and ensure we are delivering the right message, in the right channel, to the right customer at the right time.
Drive Zip brand consistency of look, tone and feel to service all of our customer touchpoints and communications including creative, product, partner and internal channels. Define Zip’s value proposition for consumers, then develop and embed our communications and channels playbook, detailing governance, best-practice, brand and compliance. Integrated campaign design, execution and optimisation. You will create and execute the annual calendar of integrated campaigns and programs that build effective awareness, acquisition and engagement across paid, owned and earned channels. You will define the strategy, build the messages and outline the roadmap.Implement reporting dashboards and models to effectively measure performance of each channel. Oversee budgets, tools and reporting - always looking to improve the impact of investments. Continued experimentation of all marketing initiatives/campaigns to test and learn, with the aim to scale as we pursue new markets and new productsDevelop our content strategy and plan to execute, aligned to consumer lifecycle stages. Leverage automation and establish scalable processes to support our growth.Manage and continue to build a high performance team.
10+ years management experience delivering B2B and B2C campaigns in retail/e-commerce or double-sided marketplaces.Strong planning and project management skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising You operate at the bleeding edge of digital innovation and deeply understand the ‘test and learn’ framework. You know how to leverage the new world of media to drive smart and cost-effective conversion.A lover of consumer product, who understands how to engage and retain, utilizing data insights to make the right decisions. Understands the power of data and knows how to interpret and respond effectively to its insights.A track record of ideation and execution of marketing initiatives that make significant, positive impacts to the business. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Humble yet confident, with good self-awareness. A natural diplomat with ethics and presence. You are organized yet flexible, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity and adapt easily to change.Prior experience caring for, leading and developing a team. You are a natural team player, with a strong track record of cross-functional leadership and partnership to influence, support and gain alignment.
