As we continue to rapidly scale, there is an exciting opportunity to join our revenue operations team. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will lead our enablement program across our Australian and Singaporean Hubs for our rapidly expanding sales, customer success and account management teams. You are a collaborative and engaging team member with both the street and book smarts to build a world-leading capability.

What you will do:

  • Develop and run an Enablement Strategy to enhance the performance of our team
  • Work to improve existing Onboarding programs to build a world-class experience for new starters, reducing time to ramp
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify, create and deliver enablement content, playbooks & collateral that will improve our win rates
  • Partner w/ Team Leads and People team to identify development needs, provide improvement coaching and guidance on both a team and individual level to improve sales success
  • Partner with the broader Revenue Operations team to integrate Sales & Customer Success best practices into automated workflows and tools. This may also include enhancing our toolset with sales enablement software and/or learning platforms.
  • Define and measure key metrics for assessing the impact of new and existing programs
  • what you will bring:

  • Experience in sales and/or revenue enablement in a Saas business.
  • Prior people management experience desirable but not required
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer success lifecycle - content, tools and methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and positivityProven ability to direct and manage multiple simultaneous streams of work
  • Experience in developing and managing sales competency models and learning paths
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and content management systems
  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves and do what is needed to help the individual / team to succeed
