About the role

The Digital Designer is responsible for the visual communication of the Shippit brand across both graphic treatments within the core product and throughout marketing communications for internal and external purposes. You will be tasked with bringing a consistent design aesthetic to the Shippit brand. Keeping a sharp eye on the visual communication of the Shippit brand in all aspects of the experience we provide to prospects, customers and recipients.

A cohesive visual language and consistency in our design will ensure that our brand lives up to the quality and usability expectations of our users.


Ownership of Shippit’s visual language across all digital and print assets. Namely, website/landing page, ebooks, presentations, EDMs, banner ads, illustrations, 

  • Art direction, coordination & production of digital assets across brand, product & company communications
  • Creation of website and landing pages, ebooks, presentations, EDMs, banner ads and more
  • Creation of original illustrations & animations to bring the brand to life
  • Work closely with the Product Design Lead to develop visual communication assets to support key product interactions (zero states, loading states, error states etc)
  • Development of a cohesive and compelling visual language for the public website, landing page and product assets
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on the development of product tours
  • Assisting on photoshoots, styling still-life product for social and ads
  • Improve design cohesion by performing product audits and continuously improving the brand aesthetic across all experience touchpoints

About you

  • Excels in visual design skills, competent in system interaction design 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce content in line with briefings
  • Advanced Adobe Suite skills - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD
  • Advanced rapid prototyping skills - Figa or Sketch
  • Experience in HTML/CSS 
  • Ability to handle creative direction and work autonomously
  • Strong project and time management skills to maximise output
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and supplier management skills
