That's why we are looking for a talented Head of Customer Success to join our commercial team. With countless opportunities to make an impact, you will help us solve exciting commercial challenges and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences that will take Cadmus even further.


What's the role?

As our Head of Customer Success, you will work closely with our commercial team to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences to our university partners. You will work closely with the commercial team to help us delight our customers, grow our global customer base, drive user adoption and help build our commercial infrastructure to support scale. This is a truly unique opportunity to help impact our customers, processes and the culture of our commercial team.

As our Head of Customer Success, your goal is to:

  • Ensure our customers consistently experience value from our solution.
  • Deliver outstanding onboarding and training to our customers and users.
  • Own the customer conversion process and enterprise rollout experience.
  • Become the “voice of the customer” and monitor the customer's pulse at all times.
  • Help maintain our high customer renewal rate and customer satisfaction rates.
  • Build commercial infrastructure and a team to support global customer growth.

Who are you?

We would love to hear from Customer Success leaders with a passion for customers and the successful use of enterprise products. You always pour love into your customers, you deeply care that your customers’ experience value, you genuinely enjoy user adoption, and you get a thrill from finding opportunities for revenue expansion. You thrive working with others, love solving tough problems, and obsess over details and evidence to help you make the best choices.

We would love to hear from you if:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, business development, sales or management consulting.
  • You have experience helping customers adopt an enterprise product at scale.
  • You love building relationships and winning others over.
  • You have experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision making.
  • You have exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
  • You hold a bachelor degree or equivalent from a university.
  • You genuinely believe that education has the power to change the world.

  • You have done customer success, sales or account management at a market-leading ed-technology company or startup.
  • You have experience working with global education institutes as a third-party provider.
  • You care a lot about shaping (and working in) a high-impact, collaborative organisation.

This role can be based in Melbourne or remote.

What is our hiring process?

Our interview process consists of a recruiter phone screen, a hiring manager interview, a homework task and a panel interview. These will be completed in-person or online (via Zoom).
