Summary of Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead key customer relationships and strategies located in Perth, Western Australia.  
This role will be accountable for the ownership of the customer & overall customer strategy execution for major infrastructure customers in WA, especially in Mining & Rail industries.  This person should be someone originally from the Mining industry and have a keen interest in technology.   
Reports to the Sector Lead Rail (Mining and New Assets) 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Own the customer relationship and lead the strategic growth of the account 
  • Responsible for Strategy execution, Escalation point, Deal-closing, team manager
  • Senior stakeholder representing Willow with the customer 
  • Strategically assess the customer opportunity, stakeholders and drive successful outcomes with customers and internal team  
  • Drive important relationships with external partners to drive sales opportunities new and existing  
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to account management & delivery teams 
  • Develop strong working relationships with Industry Sector Leads, Product & Engineering and Delivery teams
  • Deliver input on strategy development and organisational structure
  • Skills & Experience Required:

  • You will currently be a senior leader in the market with an established network in Mining within Western Australia (preferably with an existing network within Tier 1 Mining Iron Ore teams) 
  • You will be a leader who has experience of managing customer relationships at a general manager/senior level
  • You have strong social skills, an excellent communicator and a strong sense for organisational sensitivity  
  • You are an entrepreneur, self-starting, able and willing to work in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to secure new contracts and expand existing contracts
  • Originally comes from the Mining industry from a Tier 1 miner in Iron Ore and has walked the shoes in Mining operations, maintenance or asset management 
  • Proven experience in forming relationships with asset owners and industry partners
  • Excellent network and relationships in WA
