Working closely with key stakeholders across our business, you will have the responsibility of developing and executing on our Zipster knowledge curriculum to equip all global Zipsters to become experts on our business (i.e. to develop the “Zip Smarts”). You’ll be passionate about the growth and development of our Zipsters and will be keen to push the boundaries on creating impactful learning experiences.

Defining what it means to be “Zip Smart” including skills, knowledge and behavioursAssessing learning and development needs in relation to Zip Smarts through various channels including stakeholder interviews, surveys, focus groups or other relevant channels.Designing and delivering our Zip Academy strategy and program end-to-end including purpose, approach, content, structure, and execution. Your key goal is to support all our Zipsters to become experts of our business.Designing and developing Zip Academy learning content, global programs and experiences that are scalable and consistent globally. Creating learning programs that are impactful and effective via the use of various learning delivery methods including but not limited to F2F training, eLearning, presentations, videos, panel discussions, expert insights (internal and external), virtual, F2F, simulations and others.Developing a strong and meaningful purpose of the Zip Academy program that creates excitement and is built into the flow of workBuilding ways to continually evaluate the effectiveness and areas for improvement/focus in program content and experiencesDelivering a world-class and inclusive learning experience for all our Zipsters that results in an increase in knowledge of our business for all Zipsters. Collaborating across the People team to provide input into how we implement Zip Academy initiatives into other people programs (e.g. onboarding, training, leadership principles, performance check-ins etc).
Strong knowledge of the payments and tech space, bonus points for BNPL industry experience and Zip specifically.5-7+ years experience in designing and developing impactful global education and development programs in a fast paced environment.Proven track record in project & program management and execution across multiple teams and geographies.Strong experience in communication and change management. Strong experience in building relationships with and influencing diverse global stakeholders.Strong commercial acumen and a genuine passion for creating meaningful and impactful learning experiences. Track record of leveraging data and insights to continually improve programs of work.Comfort working as part of a high performing team where we constantly challenge the status quo and how things have been done before.
