As we continue to rapidly grow, a newly created opportunity has arisen for a Revenue Enablement Specialist to support our APAC region.

What you'll be doing:

  • As part of our Go to Market team, you will work as part of a global Enablement team to create and deliver ongoing product and skill enablement for both new and tenured employees
  • You’ll own APAC’s onboarding program and deliver a new starter bootcamp aimed at reducing our Sales & Success ramp time
  • You’ll partner with our Global product and product marketing teams to create and deliver new feature learning workshops and implementations
  • You will develop and deliver industry enablement sessions for the GTM function
  • You’ll become an expert at using SC Training, SafetyCulture’s mobile first Training solution, for microlearning and ondemand learning
  • Who you are:

  • Demonstrated ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders to take concepts and turn them into measurable training content
  • Strong communicator with solid project management skills
  • Able to plan and execute strategy based on a data driven, analytical approach
  • Passionate about helping people learn and grow
  • What you'll need:

  • Experience in a Saas Sales/Customer Success role
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and business acumen
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Ability to build rapport with employees in global regions
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple frameworks, adapting to the learning styles of those you work with
  • Experience delivering onsite/online and 1:1/1:m trainings
  • Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of sales tools and frameworks like Winning by Design and MEDDICC
  • History of high sales or business development performance 
  • Experience delivering leadership training (Ex- Effective coaching)
