Position: Casual Contract

Our Customer Service Team love delighting our customers and this passion leads us to go above and beyond in helping our customers every day. 

We know that things don't always go to plan, but hey..... that's what we're here for! As a Customer Service Team Member with us you will provide support on a range of enquiries whether it be helping a customer find the right outfit for an event or assisting them with how to lodge a return for their items online. Our purpose is to provide our amazing customers with an effortless interaction via phone, chat, email or social media and we are always looking for ways to improve this experience. 

What's involved...

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Follow up internal and external enquiries
  • Manage customer complaints
  • Achieve service and quality excellence
  • Identify and report on trends in customer enquiries
  • Participate in learning sessions to learn new skills/processes
  • Look for ways to improve the customer experience
  • Help our new and existing colleagues when required

About you...

  • Enthusiastic team player who strives to provide the best experience for our customers, demonstrated in previous experience gained in hospitality, retail or an inbound contact center environment 
  • Adaptable and willing learner
  • Excellent communicator with active listening and problem-solving skills 
  • Individuals with solid computer skills (experience using Google Apps and CRM systems such as Zendesk an advantage)

This role is usually based in Sydney CBD with great transport, shopping and food districts all within close distance to Hyde Park for those who enjoy lunchtime exercise or just some fresh air!
