We have recently received Series D funding - $45M from seek.com, to accelerate our global expansion.

Due to our continued success in the New Zealand market, we're looking to expand our NZ team.

Our Sales Development Representatives play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working closely with our Account Executives, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and booking in software demos.

We are looking for talented SDR's to join our high-performing NZ team. This role offers someone the chance to really develop their sales career through ongoing training and development whilst supporting and learning from senior sales leaders. We offer a fast track training program to become an AE, with plenty of alternative options for career development.

Up to $55K-$65K base + uncapped commission structure (OTE $100K +)

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities in the New Zealand market through outbound calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements through discovery calls.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate AEs for further development and closure.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned group.
  • Assist with performing effective online demos to prospects when required.

Requirements

  • Proven high-volume sales experience (B2B).
  • Track record of over-achieving on targets.
  • Strong phone presence and demonstrated resilience in a new business sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
