Our global business is growing rapidly, and we are looking to hire an innovative Marketing Campaigns and Programs Manager. Reporting to the CMO (based in Sydney, Australia), this role will be instrumental in helping us to achieve our growth targets by developing, executing, and measuring integrated campaigns and programs as part of the global Marketing team. The objective of the role is to connect with target buyers through strategic marketing activities that help create opportunities, accelerate pipeline and grow customer & partner relationships. Your campaigns and programs will be designed to provide ‘air cover’ for both the global organization and the regional teams; but they will be customisable for local and regional differences.

You will have a passion for building campaigns and programs that help sales progress pipeline and enjoy thinking through each nuance of the customer’s journey as you create campaigns and programs across digital and offline channels. You are intensely data-driven: you know what it takes to improve marketing conversion rates and drive success. You will work closely with your fellow marketeers, colleagues and peers, including Regional and Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Inbound and Regional Sales. You will use the latest data-driven marketing tools to measure, optimize and deliver on your programs.

Salary from $90,000 - $100,000 p.a.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining Audiences: Define the target audience, their preferences, needs, and challenges, using personas to tell a compelling story
  • Strategic Planning: Build campaign strategy, programs, and tactics. Identify and optimize mix of assets and activities to engage the audience, nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that become SALs, and then work with sales to grow, progress, and close pipeline
  • Content and Messaging: Work with content managers and/or Product Marketing to develop content that maps to the target audience’s needs at each stage of the customer’s journey for every program and channel
  • Program/Campaign Management and Execution: Manage and optimize your campaigns leveraging multiple channels to ensure you are engaging the target audience and meeting defined metrics
  • Tactics and Creative: Leverage the capabilities of Brand and Communications or Digital Marketing for consistency of creativity and the ability to launch globally
  • Sales Enablement & Communications: Ensure programs are aligned to sales objectives and communicated to sales reps for activation. Build tools and resources for both inside (SDR/ISRs) and field sales (EAEs) to help them easily and effectively follow up on your generated leads
  • Lead Management and Reporting: Analyze marketing pipeline, implementing action plans to address gaps. Ensure leads are followed up with in a timely manner. Elevate business issues with lead flow and drive resolution across the organization. Partner with sales to ensure accurate ROI tracking
  • Collaborate effectively with the global marketing team to leverage and contribute to building fantastic marketing programs that drive growth.
  • Skills and experience:

  • 5-8 years of marketing experience gained in high tech industries
  • Demonstrable experience in managing highly successful multi-channel campaigns
  • Understanding of the customer path to purchase & the levers to drive results
  • Demonstrable experience in messaging development and ability to manage and maintain unified messaging across a number of integrated channels
  • Experience working with designers and copywriters to assist in developing campaign creative
  • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
