We're currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator, with a data-driven mindset and preferred experience with the Hubspot Marketing Hub, to join our marketing team.

With a recent internal movement, there is an exciting opportunity for a creative and dynamic individual to join our creative and data-driven marketing team and play a critical role in Longtail UX's (LUX) growth as a category creator. This is your chance to be an energetic motivator in a fast-paced environment in coordinating all end-to-end digital marketing projects.

Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of campaigns and projects on a daily basis, giving you the tools you need to progress your career further with LUX.

The role:

  • Create, customise and manage Hubspot Dashboards for various reporting purposes to stay organised and across all campaign performance.
  • Develop custom Hubspot reports and supply them to key members of staff for analysis.
  • Monitor and adjust Hubspot pipelines to support all stages of the client journey and to assist key members of staff in visualising the sales process.
  • Attend and manage weekly consultations with LUX’s dedicated Hubspot Inbound Consultant to plan marketing campaigns, identify platform best practices, establish efficient pipeline processes and quantify campaign impact.
  • Stay up to date with Hubspot changes as well as new products and features, and regularly communicate them to the wider company.
  • Set up tailored workflows to drive brand awareness and nurture leads.
  • Manage company database to ensure it’s clean and compliant at all times, including deleting duplicates, setting up alerts and eliminating junk contacts.
  • Develop audience segments based on demographics, behaviour and location.
  • Manage key outreach projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Assist all members of the marketing team with email campaign management.
  • Supply insights and analysis of all email marketing campaigns and key metrics such as open rate, clickthroughs and conversion rate to the Senior Marketing Manager

Core competency requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • A positive, can-do attitude, not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
  • A self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Motivated to innovate and challenge the status quo
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Preferred experience in the Hubspot Marketing Hub & Sales Professional
  • Preferred experience with Zoominfo or similar data providers is a plus.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Broad knowledge across the marketing technology landscape
