Your domain

Our Marketing team is responsible for driving demand and building the Buildxact brand globally. They are a close, high-performing team that holds each other accountable for the work they do. They use data-driven insights to understand what makes our audience tick and design the messaging, content, strategies and tactics to attract builders and trades to the brand. 

As Marketing Automation Manager you'll design the automated systems to capture and convert leads taking prospects on a compelling journey at every stage of the marketing funnel. You will work closely with the business to automate seamless, integrated journeys across audiences that drive meaningful engagements and accelerate sales opportunities.

What you’ll nail

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing automation and expertly translate strategic business objectives and requirements into technical execution.
  • Develop full-funnel, end-to-end demand generation campaigns to support the marketing strategy. 
  • Optimize go-to-market campaign strategy with cross-functional marketing teams. 
  • Drive improvement of program effectiveness through advanced audience segmentation, journey mapping, A/B testing, and deliverability. 
  • Leverage the full functionality of Marketo to deliver a seamless, personalised and educational campaign experience. 
  • Establish triggered automated email campaigns across the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop the seamless onboarding of new subscribers. 
  • Project manage workflow from start to finish including creating briefs, coordinating design, content production, reviews, and approvals. 

Your toolkit

  • Experience within a customer-centric SaaS or high growth business  
  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Marketo.
  • Advanced experience and knowledge in Salesforce.com for marketing automation 
  • Analytical and insights led, measuring and approaching things with an optimisation-lens. 
  • Ability to use technical expertise and understanding of the customer journey to raise awareness, drive demand and talk our digital touchpoints to the next level. 
  • Demonstrable experience working well within the principles of SEO and Google Analytics, search and paid social media options and approaches. 
  • Expert grasp of audience segmentation, integrated nurture, and outbound campaigns. 
  • Experience using analytical skills and business sense to connect marketing technology and operations strategy to business applications and campaign results.
