The role of this senior technical writer will work on creating and implementing an end to end content strategy for Shippit’s API and integration experiences.
You will explore and outline the external developer's journey. You will author a confidence-inspiring, living collection of materials that answer questions as the developers build, launch, monitor and maintain their integration with the Shippit API.
You believe in the power of plain language to communicate ideas and you thrive on creating and documenting simple solutions to complex scenarios. You write content for a range of audiences, from more experienced developers as well as novice readers that are learning a new API.
