How you make an impact:

As our Head of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal operation of the business from a systems, processes, cost and efficiency perspective.  You will be responsible for the internal operational infrastructure, offshore BPO office, IT helpdesk support services, hipages commercial real estate arrangements, debt collection operations, and management of the Business Transformation (“BT”) requirements of the business, including prioritisation liaising with both the Product Manager and Engineering Manager responsible for BT.   You will work with the CFOO on the analysis and operational integration of identified M&A opportunities. This role will be a full-time 18 month maternity leave contract.

You add value by: 

  • Ensuring all internal operational systems (excluding our Product related technologies and systems), infrastructure and processes are optimised for efficiency, cost management and user experience (internal and external)
  • Responsible for ensuring hipages offshore operations (BPO office in Manila) is running effectively from a systems, processes and cost perspective, working closely with the Senior Operations Manager (based in Manila)
  • Assist the CFOO with M&A activity in terms of operations due diligence, analysis, synergy acquisition assessment as well as oversee the operational requirements of any group company divestitures.

About You:

  • Strong ability to learn systems knowledge and capabilities. Experience with salesforce, cloud telephony, Dunning systems and Google Workspace is highly regarded.
  • Excellent data analysis, reporting and ‘systems thinking’ skills
  • Advanced excel/spreadsheeting skills (macros)
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Operations or business management
  • Experience with multiple data reporting systems is essential
  • A strong commercial acumen acquired from experience in a similar level position
  • Highly experienced in complex data analysis
