About The Role
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for researching and implementing the cutting edge of innovative digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing our brand presence, ultimately driving increased awareness, revenue, and market standing. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), in this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leverage marketing automation tools to streamline and optimize marketing campaigns.

  • What You'll Be Doing

  • Work with the Chief Digital Officer to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Be the subject matter expert for marketing automation within the global organisation.
  • Develop data-driven metrics and reporting to determine the ROI of digital marketing activities and provide key reporting and insights to the wider marketing team.
  • Be an evangelist, champion the use of digital technology and best practices across the business. Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across functions to establish and support a robust digital ecosystem.
  • Use your data driven mindset to find areas where we are underperforming and test marketing automation based fixes.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team, sales and the sales operations team to ensure campaigns are hitting their mark

  • Lead the creation/production of inspiring digital campaigns which build the brand and drive revenue
  • Work with a globally distributed marketing team to implement campaigns across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas.
  • What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience working in a marketing discipline with a digital focus.
  • High degree of experience with Marketo (ideal) or expert familiarity with another marketing automation platform (Pardot, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc).
  • Experience running nurture/journey campaigns in a B2B context.
  • Experience working with APIs and Webhooks either directly or through middleware tools such as Zapier, Make, N8N, etc
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with Salesforce CRM and Zapier.
  • High level of experience with HTML for use in both email marketing and landing pages.
  • The following skills will be highly regarded but are not required:
  • Knowledge of coding languages: SQL, Python, JS, etc.
  • Familiarity with a Customer Data Platform (eg Segment, Tealium, etc).
