We’re looking for an experienced sales operations manager that will support the growth and commercial excellence of Honeywell Sine. As a recent addition to the Honeywell family, this an exciting time to become a part of our ongoing growth and success.
 
In partnership with immediate and cross functional teams, you will be responsible for the efficiency, effectiveness and compliance of the sales funnel, support the commercial, legal and security review process for key sales opportunities, and manage the development, deployment and enablement of key processes within Marketing, Sales and Product.

While this role will be focussed on APAC, it will have close alignment with counterparts in our global regions and the Honeywell Connected Enterprise commercial excellence organisation.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and manage immediate and cross functional stakeholder relationships
  • Effectively manage and execute MOS, end-to-end projects, programs and initiatives
  • Oversee the efficiency, effectiveness and compliance of the sales funnel, including process reviews and data analysis to make recommendations, improve performance and governance and automate where possible
  • Support the commercial, legal and security review process for sales opportunities, including ‘tiger team’ coordination and cadence, ensuring deals keep pace with qualified customer timelines
  • Support sales forecasting, including individual, sales leadership and executive leadership reporting and cadence, and provide insights on team performance to drive stronger results
  • Partner closely with sales and marketing leadership to develop organisational goals, including strategic, scalability and efficiency, and performance
  • Coordinate sales enablement programs in partnership with sales and marketing teams
  • Coordinate the reconciliation and reporting of sales performance in relation to incentive programs in partnership with Finance
  • Support Head of Sales and General manager in organisation planning and talent calibration
  • What you'll have:

  • 5+ years in a Sales Operations role at a technology company
  • Experience in supporting high volume, high velocity sales teams
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience in dealing with legal, security and privacy policy reviews
  • Superior problem solving, project management, and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to partner cross functionally
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to think big and challenge the status quo
