What are we looking for?
We are looking for a hands-on manager to join our small team taking on a gigantic opportunity. You will be empowered with the freedom to define our service direction by bringing your own ideas to the table, and to have a critical voice in the direction of the company.
As the Community Aged Care Manager you will work closely with the care coordination team to manage the day to day operations of the company, ensuring outstanding customer experiences and a rewarding, enjoyable workplace dynamic for our team.
You will work directly with the CEO and will act as our community services expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.
The role has the potential to grow in to an executive position.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who ideally has had previous experience in a similar role in the aged or disability care sector or, alternatively, has a strong skill set and experience that they can clearly demonstrate would meet the requirements of the position.
You will possess strong management and leadership skills, as well as a track record in delivering excellence and quality service, extensive experience in building effective teams and working relationships and achieving successful service outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Most importantly, you believe that there is potential to improve upon the status quo, and to deliver care that truly empowers our older generations to live their best lives. You will be creative and strive for continuous improvement. You will have a strong sense of ethical and moral responsibility, and base all your decisions on what is best for the clients we care for.
