The role:
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for helping Airwallex continue its growth by helping attract and convert new customers to the Airwallex ecosystem. Successful applicants will have a proven track record of high performance in a sales environment.

What you'll do

  • Communicating with customers in person, over the phone and via email.
  • Understanding customers needs and identifying their key pain points.
  • Maintaining a database of current and potential customers using our CRM.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Growing share of wallet and talking about new products with existing customers.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • What you'll bring

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a high performing sales person.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
