Our Engagement Marketing Manager plays an important role within THE ICONIC Customer Marketing team, responsible for the planning and execution of omni-channel lifecycle campaigns, across CRM channels; email, app push and web push notifications, in-app and browser messaging, and SMS. 

What’s involved…

With extensive experience in CRM / marketing automation, you will be able to recommend initiatives to enhance our marketing efforts, set measurable KPIs to track campaign results across key marketing engagement and revenue metrics and develop recommendations. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, including gathering requirements from stakeholders, briefing creative, selecting and generating segments, collating feedback, testing, scheduling, conducting post-campaign analysis and communicating insights to the broader marketing team. You will continuously think of ways to target, engage and reward our customers.

In this role, you will also brief required technical requests, initiatives and enhancements to our internal Tech team and Data team. 

Reporting into the Senior Engagement Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and developing initiatives to retain and increase the value of our customers. 

About you… 

  • Proven experience in omni-channel marketing automation;
  • Executed highly converting, targeted email marketing campaigns, either on the client side (ideally a retailer) or in a professional services role;
  • Previously defined and built customer segments and applied personalisation for a broad database of customers;
  • Experience in working with customer data platforms;
  • A basic understanding of HTML and liquid code
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team of data analysts and engineers, acting as the marketing champion to collaborate on and deliver data-driven, relevant omni-campaigns;
  • Experience working and collaborating with various marketing channels and creatives on go-to-market plans, by aligning stakeholders across the business and prioritising our company objectives
  • A natural and inspiring collaborator
  • Able to translate data and insights into powerful, compelling stories that inspire action;
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and great reporting skills;
  • Experienced with CRM platforms, ESPs, CDPs, Google Analytics, Superset/Tableau and/or data management platforms;
  • Passionate about teamwork and have a keen interest in and understanding of fashion retail;
  • An exceptional communicator to work as the key point of contact for all behavioural CRM activities
  • Organised and have a love for a fast pace environment, able to manage multiple priorities and project timelines  
  • A fast learner with a drive to #getthingsdone
