Your Opportunity

We’re looking for a talented Sales Operations Administrator to be a key part of our strategy to help achieve our customer acquisition and revenue targets. Reporting to the Sales Operations Specialist & working closely with our sales teams as well as supporting teams across the business, you will underpin the end to end customer processes to ensure our customers are set up for success from the point of acquisition.

We’re looking for someone who has strong interpersonal skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent organisational and time management skills, and is able to work to meet deadlines.


How you will add value

  • Providing day to day support for our sales and supporting teams
  • Managing the daily workload assignments
  • Review and validate our daily sales teams revenue
  • Support our Sales, Service, Marketing and Finance teams with administration duties including investigating, resolving and fixing issues
  • Facilitate sales campaign processes
  • Contribute to our sales initiatives and projects as required
  • Manage data integrity in Salesforce and in house systems
  • Facilitate continuous improvements by identifying and implementing process optimisations across our sales and supporting teams


About you

  • 2+ years experience working in a Sales or Service support and/or administration environment
  • Working knowledge of CRM (data entry/reporting)
  • Salesforce experience desirable
  • Intermediate MS Office / G-Suite
  • Proficient data entry/processing
