We’re looking for a Channel Account Executive to join our Sales team in Melbourne. Your responsibility will be to nurture and activate leads generated by our Channel Partners including Experts, Advisors and Resellers. You will work closely with the Channel Account Manager to maintain and exceed monthly revenue targets by building a strong pipeline of retailers for Vend.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Have discovery conversations with potential prospects in order to properly position Vend as their retail solution
  • Conduct in-depth product demos and provide value to the retailers
  • Manage multiple sales cycles from initial conversations to activation
  • Leverage other lead opportunities when time permits to support your pipeline
  • Manage day-to-day Channel partner queries and communications

You will also get the opportunity to work on other sales/marketing campaigns designed to improve the customer experience as well as grow Vend’s Monthly Recurring Revenue.

What you need to bring:

  • Work experience in a 360 selling environment and outbound sales environment
  • Experience in Channel sales
  • A real appetite for technology and a strong interest in the Saas industry
  • You believe, just like us, in remarkable retail (bonus point if you have experience working in a retail environment)
