As our offices re-open, Atlassians can choose to work remotely or return to an office, unless it’s necessary for the role to be performed in the office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Atlassian's Global Mobility team. We’re excited to grow our team with an enthusiastic Immigration Specialist.

This role will be primarily responsible for supporting Atlassian’s APAC immigration. You’ll work closely with the APAC Mobility Manager, vendors, and internal teams.

More about the role:

  • Be the point of contact for immigration cases for APAC
  • Support the Global Mobility Program Managers - with ad-hoc global mobility processes and projects (for all regions)
  • Respond to general immigration queries from visa holders, managers and HR
  • Maintain our immigration records for APAC - monitor visa expiries, visa renewals, PR eligibility dates
  • Coordinate the Labour Market Testing (LMT) process, working with the recruiting and cross functional team
  • Responsible for sharing immigration updates with relevant stakeholders
  • Assist with any physical document requirements for immigration purposes
  • Implement process improvements for immigration processes
  • Work closely with HR Ops/Talent Management in Manilla on administrative processes relating to immigration 
  • More about you:

  • Experience in immigration
  • Bachelor's’ degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Validated analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good judgement and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
  • Team player with an ability to work both collaboratively and asynchronously and across time zones
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate across diverse groups with a clear and approachable style
  • Proven organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Appreciation for the fact that we work in a global environment that is rapidly changing and growing
