The Opportunity
As Afterpay’s Office Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our ANZ Facilities Manager to deliver the Workplace strategic pillars. You will also work closely with the wider Afterpay business to build strong relationships and to ensure the successful delivery for Workplace best practice.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to support the Workplace team as we grow & scale our Workplace program.

We are much more than our job descriptions, but here’s where you will begin…
- Manage the day to day operations of our Sydney offices from greeting guests, working with contractors to meeting/event setups and pack downs
- Support the Property and Facilities Director in Workplace tasks, projects, initiatives
- Financial management including POs, invoice tracking and overall budget monitoring for the Workplace team (Opex Management)
- Internal communications through various channels to keep our staff informed of the latest updates both within our Workplace team and Afterpay organisation
- Involvement in Culture Club and delivering on events, functions or initiatives across ANZ
- Be a key part of the process for onboarding and offboarding in conjunction with the People and IT teams
- Assisting our Executive team with external guests and executive meetings
- Event support - sometimes out of office hours
- Key stakeholder in delivering a strong employee experience
- Assisting with our merchandise program for staff
- Managing food program in our Sydney office - catering, snacks
- Project support as required including communications,  branding, relocations/moves

Who are you?

- Ideally, you have experience working within a Facilities/Workplace team.
- You pride yourself on your strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- You have strong communication skills (both spoken and written).
- You possess a driven attitude and you seek excellence in your work.
-  You have great organisational skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure and tight timelines.
- You have a passion for customer service with a vibrant “can-do” attitude!
- You are self-motivated, well presented, disciplined and methodical.
- You are able to work well in a team environment but also independently.
- You can lead by example in terms of the company’s policies and procedures.
- You are comfortable with multiple operating systems such as G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack
