Join DiviPay’s newly created Growth Team as our primary Web Developer, and SME in your field! Guide product, marketing and design teams as we deliver on an ambitious rebrand of our marketing website. Write code and deliver on design ideas that will bring our customer experience to life, optimise our marketing funnel and delight users with a first class experience. 

A day in the life...

  • Deliver on marketing website redesign from ideation to execution 
  • Implement marketing strategic initiatives across our customer facing website to convert prospects into delighted customers
  • Produce clean, maintainable and scalable code 
  • Implement best coding practices across all projects
  • Collaborate with Head of Design, Marketing and Engineering teams to provide technical guidance on style guides and design systems
  • Confer with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritise needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions
  • Implement designs with high accuracy and maintain quality testing standards
  • Skills we'd love you to bring along

  • Experience working on the optimisation of high impact marketing websites
  • Understanding of good design principles
  • Excellent HTML 5 / CSS and Javascript skills
  • Experience with animation and motion technologies 
  • Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical peers
  • Creatively minded with a passion for ensuring design is accessible, scalable and optimised 
  • Highly autonomous with the ability to exercise sound judgment and decision making
  • Foresight to identify roadblocks before they happen and pivot in the direction of positive outcomes
  • Testing is in your DNA
  • Bonus points

  • Familiarity with Gatsby, or other JAMstack frameworks
  • Good understanding of search performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition (or the appetite to learn)
  • Please note that this role is open to Remote within Australia. Candidates based outside of Australia will not be considered at this time.
