Showpo is on the lookout for a Brand Communications Manager to take ownership of our brand marketing program, experiences and messaging, progressing and elevating our brand to it’s next phase of growth. In this role you’ll be responsible for leading marketing initiatives to build interest and connection with our brand and product through impactful, integrated and identifiable brand communications..
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about brand, fashion and youth culture, someone who has experience building culturally-connected brands, and someone who knows what ‘relevant’ is - how to capture it, create it, and make a brand synonymous with it.

Develop, integrate and lead marketing plans with a focus on brand and communications strategies, messaging and initiatives.Drive cut-through, engagement and connection with our brand through innovative, impactful and culturally-connected communications and marketing strategies, covering campaigns, PR, Influencers, Experiences, Media & Partnerships.Ownership of the brand positioning strategy, and governance of branding and communications across the organisation.Lead the development and delivery of omni-channel brand campaigns, stories, PR and marketing.Provide thought leadership, ideation and govern social media strategies and channels to build and align to the brand directionBe the champion of brand guidelines through the businessBrief, guide and manage specialist resources to deliver on brand communications and experiences, internal and externalLead PR and communications across the organisation, both proactive and reactive.Work in conjunction to support marketing team, leading with product and other marketing programs as required
5+ years brand marketing experience at manager level, for a fashion or youth culture brandExperience developing, governing and implementing brand strategyExperience owning, integrating and executing brand marketing across campaigns, PR, influencers, partnerships and experiencesAs a marketing, brand or communications manager, you have developed and led high performing peopleCreative at heart, you are passionate about branding principles strategy, design, art-direction and cultureExperience concepting, briefing and working in partnership with creative resources to execute Experience developing, monitoring, and making cost-effective use of budgetsBachelor degree qualified in marketing or communications
