Brighte is building the platform to enable and accelerate the energy transition by making it affordable, easy and less risky to buy and sell energy equipment.

What You'll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to help customers with payment issues and keep things running smoothly.Negotiate payment plans and hardship solutions that genuinely help customers get back on track.Spot the signals and identify early warning signs of financial stress and step in with empathy and compliance.Own your portfolio and monitor accounts, process adjustments, reconcile balances, and keep everything accurate and up to date.Achieve performance benchmarks while delivering great customer experiences.Show off your insights by preparing weekly and ad-hoc reports that highlight trends and opportunities.Provide expert knowledge on all things collections.Team up for success and work closely with senior management, sales, and vendors to accelerate resolutions.Participate in training and coaching sessions to sharpen your skills and grow your career.
What You'll Bring
