As a result of continued growth, we’re in search of an experienced, results driven Customer Success Manager/Account Manager with a proactive customer focused mindset to join our awesome AUS Customer Success team. Phocas is a well known brand which continually challenges the market with its innovative Business Intelligence (BI) and data analytics solutions. You will work within a collaborative, passionate team who assumes ownership for driving commercial growth within your allocated portfolio and ensuring our customers are optimising the market leading solutions and capabilities available within the Phocas software suite.
This role will see you:
You will be degree qualified and have at least 3 years’ experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, ideally gained within a SaaS environment. Technical experience would be advantageous. You will have a proven track record of achieving results and be able to articulate your solution sales experience to influence business and operational initiatives across your accounts.
A bonus would be experience with customers aligned to our key verticals - Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail. You will also have a natural energy that “gets stuff done”, and be driven to achieve targets while operating in a relaxed yet high performance culture.
