This role will help us scale our growth in enterprise sales which are at the forefront of our expansion strategy for 2021 and beyond, driving a significant part of new revenue and practitioner acquisition to achieve our >200% growth rate.

What will you be doing?

Over the last 8 years, HotDoc has had incredible success in helping over 50% of GP medical centres across Australia deliver a better patient experience. We are now ready to expand our reach into private hospitals, large healthcare groups and government. We’re looking for an outstanding enterprise salesperson with experience scaling a world class team to lead this function.

Alongside our Partnerships team, you will lead our enterprise strategy and help us win over the larger end of town. You will be the eyes and ears for our Product teams to help refine our commercial offering to these new markets. You will be responsible for the early success of this acquisition strategy with a view to work closely with the Head of Sales and other department leaders to build out a high performing team and scale our enterprise function.

Requirements

What you must have to apply for this role

  • 5+ years enterprise sales leadership experience with a consistent track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing senior AEs selling a technical solution to large, complex enterprises
  • Proven and repeatable history of overachievement both as an enterprise seller and a leader whose teams consistently exceeded revenue targets and accelerated their careers under your leadership
  • Natural ability to lead and motivate AEs through continuous growth and change; easily able to earn the trust and respect of your team
  • Passion for field sales — a leader who can’t wait to jump into deals, connect directly with the buyer and provide the executive bridging needed to close new and expansion opportunities with Enterprise companies
  • Experience building and championing an outbound selling culture and driving accountability for pipeline generation
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally and co-selling with external partners to build an Enterprise business from the ground up
  • Expertise in both land and expand sales motions, an insatiable curiosity about our customers
  • Unwillingness to settle for good results when great results are possible
