Due to growth over the past year and a strong demand for services, we are looking for a Client Success Officer to join the Monoova team.

The primary objectives of the role include to safeguard the revenue of the Payments business by:

  • Providing existing clients with timely, considered service
  • Supporting the effectiveness of the APS sales team
  • Developing internal and external processes within the broader team

We are looking for a Client Success Officer who will report to the Client Success Manager in the following role.

Responsibilities:

  • Having a thorough understanding of our offering across all business lines, you respond to incoming queries of existing clients
  • Building strong relationships with our external service providers and partners to allow you to draw on their resources when needed to service our clients
  • Working closely with sales, compliance, and product, you support the onboarding of new APS clients
  • Once familiar with your core responsibilities, you will be upskilled to support the team with transaction monitoring and reporting

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Excellent communication skills which allow you to build and maintain trust¬†
  • Desire to contribute to a small but growing team, including refining internal processes and external documentation
  • Highly organised with the ability to effectively time manage and prioritise tasks
  • Some familiarity with finance and/or payments platforms
  • Ability to acquire a sufficiently strong technical understanding of our products and services to be able to respond to client queries in an independent manner
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
  • Some familiarity with the crypto industry is desirable
