This position requires an experienced Salesforce leader who can work in a fast-paced environment leading our Salesforce team.

In this role, you will build, scale, and maintain a rapidly growing Salesforce instance while partnering with business stakeholders across Secure Code Warrior.

We want to prioritise our overall Salesforce user experience, so it's important in this role to proactively balance investment across feature improvements, solution design, support tickets, training, and user management. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce team: Internal Salesforce Administrator and external Salesforce Development agency
  • Own and manage the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem while developing a strong understanding of business workflows and related integrations
  • Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools into a solution to support key business unit stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing support and system administration to quickly fix platform issues
  • Design, build and test scalable enhancements such as custom objects, alerts, page layouts, and more within Salesforce
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices in order to make recommendations to management regarding implementations
  • What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Track record of implementing Salesforce configuration changes including, but not limited to, Objects, Flows, Process Builders, Workflow Rules, Email Alerts, Validation Rules, Custom Fields, Field Dependencies, Record Types, Page Layouts, Dashboards, Reports, and custom settings
  • Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and how to integrate with third-party tools
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, best practices, integrations, security, and overall platform management
  • Strong organisational, leadership and relationship-building skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to understand business processes, gather requirements, and propose technical solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • We'd love to see

  • Salesforce Admin Certifications (Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer II, etc.) or relevant experience
  • Experience driving at least 1 end-to-end Salesforce implementation
  • Active in the Salesforce community and driven to continually learn and improve
  • Experience integrating and configuring Salesforce connected apps
  • Track record of designing, building and testing scalable enhancements such as custom objects, alerts, page layouts, and more within Salesforce
