About the role
As a Manager in our Data Science and Risk Analytics team, you will own the development and execution of credit risk management strategies for the consumer portfolios.
As we continue to grow our consumer lending business we are looking for an analytics guru to help us continue to enhance our risk management strategy and framework, and own risk analytics and reporting to support growth of the consumer portfolios.
This role will see you managing the Consumer Portfolio Risk team and team deliverables as well as driving the CLI campaigns for ZipPay portfolio.
Other key aspects of the role include ongoing review and improvement of CLI strategy for ZipPay and ZipMoney, risk forecasting model for consumer portfolios, arrears performance, and sharing actionable insights.
You will support the Senior Manager and Risk Executive with insights and analytics as and when needed.
Over time there will be opportunities to implement automated collection treatments where possible.
