This Customer Solutions Manager position sits within our Premonition function. 

The Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective customers to ensure buying decisions are well informed. 

This includes a solid working knowledge of Product, Operations and Customer Success so that the customer experience is relevant, meaningful and confident toward the purchase and implementation of Premonition software. You are a role model of our values and demonstrate behaviours consistent with a high performing team.

Day to day!
* Engage with customers across a variety of industries to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfil their requirements. 
* Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through relevant qualification criteria.
* Position competitive offerings and solutions aligned to the customer needs.
* Provide the initial introductory technical product overview and insights relevant to each customer scenario(s).
* Obsess over Premonition’s customers to deliver a world-class customer experienceTrack, escalate, and plan for the remediation of technical blockers and provide engineering with feedback to further our product and solutions. 
* Present action plans and results to management and the customer and use appropriate escalation techniques to stay on top of goals and objectives.
* Coordinating support efforts and organising solution delivery whilst establishing and owning a trusted advisor relationship with our customers.
* Deliver web-based and/or onsite product overviews and introductory sessions for customers.
* Educate internal stakeholders using data insights, making recommendations which inform product design and solution delivery.
* Define outcomes to improve the health, performance, and business capabilities of the prioritised workloads to drive customer value realisation.
* Alongside the Customer Success Team, input on individualised customer success plans, utilising net promoter score (NPS) and other customer data.
* Shepherd new customers through contract terms and work with Customer Success and Sales teams to execute renewals.
Through active listening and inquiry, elicit customer challenges and issues, toward diagnosing prob.

Our ideal Shippster - You!
We can’t be too picky... However, you’ll ideally have experience working in sales and client consulting, with a focus on SaaS and/ or logistics. You should have a thorough understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines, and procedures. Any project management (such as PRINCE2) qualifications will be highly regarded.
