Pin Payments is an intentionally simple yet versatile payments solution for micro and small businesses with a need to take card payments online.

As an Underwriting Analyst based in our Perth office, you will be managing our existing customers’ requests and conduct relevant analysis on several aspects: Business risk, Regulatory compliance & Card scheme industry requirements. This role offers a unique exposure to our core business areas, collaborating closely with our key internal players (Business Development, Sales, Legal teams and Top Management) and our customers & partners.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Perform Customer Due Diligence & AML risk assessment of customers: collecting background information & analysing associated risks
  • Conduct business risk assessment on new customers to identify risky business practices & present appropriate mitigations
  • Manage regulatory & card scheme compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with key internal teams (Commercial, Risk, Customer Support, etc)
  • About You

  • Obsessed with slick processes, always aiming for efficiency & simplicity
  • Strong collaborator & communicator with ability to influence stakeholders across levels
  • Ability to work independently
  • Readiness to work with busy schedules & tight deadlines
  • Understanding of Payment processing and/or e-commerce environment would be a plus.
  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Entry-level graduates are encouraged to apply.
