We're looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Authentication group of teams in our Identity organisation, within the AEDT or NZST timezones. Your teams will solve large-scale problems and deliver the next wave of Authentication platform innovation that will be leveraged by Atlassian's growing suite of cloud products. The Identity platform plays the critical role of providing fundamental building blocks upon which all Atlassian products run.
You're a leader of leaders, coaching engineering managers and architects that report to you, supporting them in their professional development to unlock their potential, and encouraging them to step outside their comfort zone to grow and excel. You'll also play a critical role in the org's leadership team, working with other engineering managers, architects, product managers and program managers to steer the organisation by contributing to the strategy and helping determine the right problems for the teams to invest in solving.
