To support our growth, Swyftx is searching for a Workplace Attendant that is passionate about creating memorable experiences and providing world class levels of service. Reporting into our Workplace Coordinator, you will support them in creating a warm and inviting environment where our team members love to come to work each day. You will be an outgoing team player who prides themselves on delivering exceptional service and thrives on being part of a high performing team.

What you’ll do

  • Provide food and beverage service to the business including morning coffees for our team
  • Support the Workplace Coordinator with event preparation, setup and execution
  • Ensure that groceries are ordered each week and that all office kitchens are fully stocked and refilled daily
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery and work clothing
  • Assist with any ad-hoc duties that arise around the office

About you

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a hotel or corporate environment
  • Barista experience with a love for the perfect brew
  • Passionate and customer-focused with a vibrant “can-do” attitude
  • Detailed-orientated, showing great care and attention within all aspects of work
  • Availability to work 7am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday in our Milton office
