Due to growth over the past year and a strong demand for services, we are looking for an Account Manager to assist in developing Moneytech.

 

The Account Manager is the first point of call for all daily client enquiries on Moneytech Finance facilities. The Account Manager is required to attend to daily funding requirements for clients in a timely manner while maintaining required levels of due diligence.

 

We are looking for an Account Manager who will report to the Relationship Manager in the following role.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Being the first line of defence in minimising bad debts through developing close working relationships with customers and applying your risk management skills

·       Provide a monthly report to your manager outlining performance against KPI’s in the performance agreement

·       Seek to understand and promote the key attributes of our finance products relative to our competitors (e.g., Advance rate, Service Fee, and speed)

·       Responsible for promoting Moneytech’s reputation as a rapidly growing, customer focused, financial services organisation across our divisions of Finance

·       Payments and FX

·       Support other team members as and when required

·       Focus on maintaining a supportive and positive working environment

·       Being attentive to your client’s service requirements whilst ensuring that risk is appropriately understood and mitigated where necessary

·       Ensuring all internal fees and margins are optimized where appropriate

·       Actively challenge processes as and when you feel there is a better way of doing something.

COMPLIANCE & REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Adhere to all relevant Moneytech policies
  • Be aware and adhere to all relevant Compliance and Regulatory requirements
  • Act in accordance with Moneytech’s code of conduct obligations
  • Report any breaches in a timely manner.

 

The successful candidate will have the following:

 

  • 2+ years in a customer facing role at a finance-based services organisation
  • Prior experience and successful track record in business cashflow lending
  • Sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite particularly Excel
  • Account management experience
