Your Opportunity

We’re looking for a talented Sales Operations Coordinator to be a key part of our strategy and manage the process to transition existing customers onto an ongoing monthly subscription. Working closely with our sales teams as well as supporting teams across the business, you will be responsible for the end to end process ensuring all our legacy customers are migrated onto our monthly subscription product.

We’re looking for someone who has strong interpersonal skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent organisational and time management skills, who is able to work to meet deadlines. This role is a fixed term contract till June 2022, with the possibility of transition to a permanent role.


How you will add value

  • Management of the subscription renewal process
  • Assist Sales Analyst with account segmentation and identify accounts to target for migration
  • Liaise with Marketing on customer communications
  • Present monthly project updates to stakeholders
  • Opportunity management in Salesforce
  • Data management in Salesforce and in house systems
  • Work closely with Retention on objection processes
  • Sales Renewal Process documentation
  • Creating and managing relevant Salesforce reporting
  • Data integrity management
  • Ad hoc projects on as required


About you

  • Working knowledge of CRM (data entry/reporting)
  • Salesforce experience desirable
  • Intermediate MS Office / G-Suite
  • Proficient data entry/processing
  • Sales support and/or administration experience
